Equipment Installation and Commissioning

Bringing newly installed endoscope washer disinfectors into service comes with its own challenges. Our project managers uniquely coordinate a team of different Olympus employees through the commissioning phase. They provide extensive assistance both throughout the go-live period and beyond, focusing on the optimal operation of the endoscope washer disinfectors and troubleshooting any problems. Our project managers also manage training at the customer site to ensure familiarization with the endoscope reprocessing facilities, the equipment and workflow.
