Due to the design of the CelonProBreath applicator, submucosal thermal lesions are created along the entire length of the turbinate, keeping the ciliated epithelium and mucous membranes intact. A visible inferior turbinate reduction in volume as a result of scarring and the body’s resorption of the coagulated tissue can be expected after three weeks.
